Did you know that science shows us that if you treat yourself to something good in the morning, before rushing into all the work errands of the day, you will feel a whole lot better?

We all too often feel guilt for taking time to enjoy even the little things, like a good cup of coffee or tea, or a walk outdoors in the sun. The weight of our responsibilities seems to call at us from all directions, telling us that taking time to enjoy anything is frivolous and unproductive.
Yet, we actually feed ourselves deep within when we take time to savour and appreciate something good, where in just 5 minutes of savouring, 6 hours of DHEA get released, which is a most important anti-aging, feel-good hormone.
Savouring is effective!
